If you have a job that you have posted that needs to be edited / removed then you will need to be logged into the Alumni Website. Hover over your username/avatar to reveal the drop down menu and click on ‘Job Dashboard’
You will now see the dashboard where all your job adverts can be managed from.
On the job your need to edit/remove/mark filled you will see three dots ••• click on these and a menu will appear with the options to ‘Edit’, ‘Mark as Filled’ or ‘Delete’.
Edit
This takes you to the Post Job page where you can make any edits you need and click on ‘Preview’ then ‘Post Job’
Mark as Filled
Clicking this will change the Status of your job from Not-Filled to Filled and will show this on the Jobs Board page.
Delete
This will remove your job listing from the Dashboard and the Jobs Board.
